During art lessons at Whitmore, the children will learn a range of techniques and study great artists from a range of countries, cultures and time periods.  Children will have three units of art teaching over the course of a year.  Drawing and painting will be studied every year, with the third unit alternating between 3D art and sculpture and printmaking.  Art teaching at Whitmore is enhanced by our resident artist, Matt Mackman, who works in class and also runs after school clubs.  Our subject leaders for art are Miss Bailey and Miss Dulwich.
