Our PSHE curriculum currently uses the Discovery Education scheme of work, which has been supplemented with extra teaching about how to manage money and the world of work.  This year, Years 3 and 4 are taking part in the 'My Future, My Basildon' project, where they will learn about some of the different careers that are available in our local area.  Our PSHE curriculum also includes Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) at appropriate points of children's development.  Our PSHE leaders are Mrs Naylor and Miss Phipps. 

Expectations Week takes place at the start of each academic year and gives the children a reminder of key first aid and rail safety information, as well as reintroduces our school's core values of respect, honesty, perseverance, friendship and positivity.  Children are also taught about the presentation standards that they are expected to maintain during the academic year.
